What this site is
A description of the services Phoenix West Consulting Group Ltd. offers, general information about the financial and tax questions our clients ask most, and a way to contact us or book a first conversation. That is all it is.
Using it creates no client relationship
Reading these pages, sending a message through the contact form, or booking a consultation does not make you a client and does not put us under any obligation to act for you. A client relationship begins when we have both agreed in writing what work we are doing and on what terms — not before.
Accuracy and currency
Tax, benefit and contribution rules change, sometimes in the middle of a year. Content here may not reflect the rules as they stand when you read it, and describes the general position rather than yours. Do not act on anything here without checking how it applies to your own circumstances.
Links to other sites
Where we link to another organisation — a government page, a regulator, the source of a photograph — we do not control that site and are not responsible for what it contains or does with your information.

The text, design and code of this site belong to Phoenix West Consulting Group Ltd., except for photography used under the licences recorded on the image credits page. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish the content as your own or use it commercially without asking.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction.
